Amy and Brian G. from Folsom CA, noticed that some parts of their house were un-level. A combination of the Push Pier and PolyLevel Systems were the best solution to the issue.  A couple of Push Piers were installed either side of the corner of the garage, where the foundation had sunk, this solution lifted and leveled the foundation back into place. PolyLevel was then used to fill in the void underneath the ground that was the cause of the sinking corner.

A NorCal Foundation Support Solution Design Specialist came out for Kevin’s  appointment shortly after his call.  He was informed by the Specialist that the deck could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel. The PolyLevel would be injected under the walkways slab. This would even out the walkway around the pool as well as prevent further cracking and settling as a result of the dirt underneath the deck eroding. NexusJoint sealant was to be added to the pre existing cracks after lifting the concrete back into place using the PolyLevel. This process would bind the cracked slab back together. He agreed PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to his pool deck.

Loren B. of Folsom noticed there was erosion from water in her crawl space which could cause her foundation to become unstable.
