Jim and Pat C. from Walnut Creek noticed that their floors were sagging near their fireplace on their west wall. They wanted their floors and west wall leveled and stabilized to prevent any further damage to their house. Jim and Pat were ready to knock some other things off of their to do list and decided they also wanted their existing sump replaced as well. While searching for solutions they found NorCal Foundation Support. Shortly after the decision to get their floors fixed, they called to make an appointment.
The couple's appointment with NorCal Foundation Support’s System Design Specialist followed shortly after their call. Jim and Pat were informed, during the appointment, that the west side of the home's walls could be stabilized and lifted using Push Piers to stabilize the foundation.
Then, the sagging floors could be fixed by installing SmartJacks to replace the statis wood supports under the crawl space of the house. This process would even out, lift, and stabilize the houses floors. Jim and Pat agreed that both the SmartJacks and Push Piers sounded exactly like what they wanted and that this would be a perfect fix to their sagging floors and sinking foundation. They also asked for the SmartPump to be installed as a replacement to their current sump.
NorCal Foundation Support also outlined a voluntary retrofit of the perimeter of the west wall with UFP plates for the couple; which they agreed to excitedly. Pat and Jim are now extremely happy with their house. They feel good knowing their floors will be supported by the installed SmartJacks and their walls supported by the Push Piers for years to come.
The homeowner had areas where concrete was sinkng around his home causing tripping hazards. Using our PolyLevel solution, our crew injected under the slabs to lift and level the various area. This eliminated the tripping hazards.
Pam C. from Benicia noticed her sump pump was in need of being replaced. There was now a minimal amount of water intrusion from the current pump and she did not want any intrusion at all.
She found NorCal Foundation Support online and figured she would call for an estimate. She found out that because she is a homeowner, she was eligible for a free appointment and estimate.
During her appointment she was informed that her current pump could easily be replaced with the TripleSafe pump system. This system protects against water intrusion, has a battery backup system to handle power outages and comes with a WaterWatch alarm system.
The WaterWatch alarm system allows for the pump to tell you if there is any leak or problem. Pam agreed that the TripleSafe pump system sounded exactly like what she wanted and would be a perfect replacement to her current pump.
Pam feels much better knowing that her new system has fixed her water intrusion problem. She is happy knowing she will not have to get a new system for a very long time to come.
Darryl C. from Pleasant Hill noticed cracks around the walls of his house from a sinking foundation. While searching for solutions he found NorCal Foundation Support. Shortly after his decision to get his foundation fixed, he called the company to make an appointment.
He was informed by the System Design Specialist during the appointment that the house could be stabilized permanently with Push Piers. Plus there was a void under the back porch from soil movement that they suggested be filled with PolyLevel. Both of these processes would even out the foundation for the house as well as prevent future cracking. Darryl agreed that the Push Piers and PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he needed and would be a perfect fix to preventing his house from experiencing further damage from the sinking foundation that it sat upon. The Push Piers would lift the house back to being level and then keep it level.
Darryl is now extremely happy with his house. He feels good knowing that his foundation will be supported by the installed Push Piers and PolyLevel for years to come.
This Martinez home had a large tripping hazard due to an uneven sidewalk. Our crew injected our PolyLevel solution to lift the sinking slab to better match the level of the adjacent slab.
